Returns

If you're considering a return, we're here to assist you every step of the way!

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to the original payment method. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping option.

Exceptions to our return policy include:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
  • For faulty or damaged items, please contact us first with a photo for a full refund.
  • Milaya Jewellery is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Once we receive your item, our team will email you to confirm approval of your return request. Items not meeting our return criteria cannot be accepted.
