When will my order be delivered?

Can I change my delivery address?
We are unable to change the address once your order has been placed.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we will refund you so you can place order again with different delivery address.
I placed an order, but I haven't received it yet?
If you are in the UK and it has been 7 days or 14 days for international customers, since placing your order, please email us with your name and order number.
